Mobile bank app incompatible with samsung j3v

As the title says. Playstore tells me that chase mobile Pp is incomparable with my phone. Some say it's because there's no rear facing camera on my samsung j3v
There certainly is
Anybody know of a fix to install the app. Thank you in advance

If the Play Store flags it as 'incompatible' then you won't be able to download it from there unless the app's developers modify it (either the app itself or remove whatever spec restriction is being 'flagged' from the Play Store; this can be older OS, specific brand/models, etc.). Your other option is to download the app's APK from a 3rd party (potentially dangerous, especially for a banking app) and side-load it on your phone.

best way for bank apps, is the browser itself, it's faster than bank apps, i use it while i have the app

Welcome to Android Central! I moved this from the Introductions forum to the Ask a Question forum, since it's more of a question than an intro.

It's because your phone is really old and out of date. The Galaxy J3V was release in 2016 and only got as high as Android 7. The Chase Mobile app requires Android 10 or higher: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.chase.sig.android. It's time to upgrade to a more current phone.
