Mobile Banking app automatically pushed out

The app Mobile Banking for Android automatically pushed itself out to my phone even though I didn't give it permissions to install (I've never used it). And I cannot uninstall it. A lot of people on the Android Market are complaining about similar issues. I'm worried that this is some sort of spyware, malware or keylogger. Anyone have any additional info on this?

I have service through AT&T.

that's odd. IMO run a Lookout scan asap. what does the scan tell you?

Lookout didn't find anything. I couldn't find the file in order to do a force uninstall with either of the apps that you recommended.
