Mobile data doesn't work, need help

Wanted an unlocked htc one, so I purchased a canadian version. However, even after turning on mobile data, it still says disconnected. Both calling and texting work, just can't get any mobile data, not even EDGE. Tried 2 different AT&T sims and they work normally on other phones. Any help is much appreciated

This is my first Android phone, I am not sure I need to set up apn. Does anyon know what is AT&T LTE apn settings?

Thank you, that suggestion fixed mine, too. I went to the APN and just selected the one I already had set up and my mobile data started working again. Somehow it had become deselected.

hi, just bought the ONE
but i still cannot connect to mobile data even after i created a new APN with my carrier's help on the phone.
i created a new APN with all the details carefully typed, turned the phone off and on, took the sim card out and back, but still disconnected.
this is the same sim card i used on my Iphone until today, it worked fine.
any suggestions before going to the carrier's costumer service?
