Mobile data not working

My mobile data is not working at all, I try switching it off and on, airplane mode on and off nothing. Phone is only getting data through wifi.

You've tried turning wi-fi off, right? If wi-fi is on and there's a wi-fi signal, it usually overrides the mobile data.

If wi-fi is off and you still can't get mobile data signal, are you certain you're in an area of good coverage? Are you having any voice signal issues? What wireless provider do you have? I would ask them about a replacement SIM card.

Problem solve, my apn settings got wipe and had to input them again.
