Mobile Data Notifications

I am so irritated. I have recently gone from an iPhone to this OnePlus 7 Pro on T-Mobile.

My push notifications only work on wifi....as soon as I switch it to mobile data, I get nothing. Then as soon as I turn on wifi again, they all pop up.

I have looked online in forums and google.

Any suggestions?

Are you using any data or battery savers? Have you cleared the cache partition and rebooted yet?

You need to check in your settings. I got mine from T-Mobile and I have never had this problem.
