mobile data prpblem - playstore

Sometimes when I start playstore, it shows that "Background Data is disabled".

How it get disabled and how can I keep it enabled all the time.

I am using Mobile Data.

This problem does not occurs when using wifi.

My os is 4.3.

I m using Samsung S3.

Welcome to Android Central! Not sure if it's the same for you, but on my Nexus 5, I go to Settings>Data Usage, then tap Menu, then uncheck "Restrict background data."
