Mobile data & Wifi turning off and on after October Security Update

[Android Central Question]

After updating the Pixel 3 with the OTA of the October security update yesterday morning, mobile data and wi-fi are constantly turning off and on. Wondering if anyone else is seeing this issue. Debating if I should download the ask tools and the October OTA and reflash it to see if it'll fix the issue.

Try in safe mode and see if still happening
