I have already called verizon for support. They haven't heard of the issue. I was recommended to go here. I have tried everything I think but a hard reset. Any help would be awesome.

I've been using foxfi to log on to my Xbox live all day with no problems. Have you tried to uninstall then reinstall the app? When you go to the Xbox settings and network settings do you the network test? Does it say that it can not connect at the last part? This is what mine does but when I go into the game and sign in to Xbox live it works.
