What is everyone using for insurance since there is no UH-OH protection. I had vzw total on my HTC 10 and they said it would still be covered, but it's up to asurion what they would send as a replacement device. I was thinking about squaretrade. Any ideas?

Check out Upsie.

I have jump and insurance for my HTC10 with tmobile (purchased it from Tmobile before they stopped selling it).
I asked them about insurance for my 11 and they said I could get it.
I asked if it would be a refurbished phone if mine needed to be replaced.
They said yes and on top of that, they said it may not be an HTC but a phone that was equivalent.
No way I would get their insurance for the HTC11 under those terms.

No insurance on my side, I'm fine paying for repairs or replacement if something happens since I have saved not paying phone insurance for years and don't have an issue paying one time cost once in a while if needed.

That's kind of how I roll, as well. Don't really go the insurance route but if something happens, I expect to pay a bit.
