Mobile Network State Disconnected

It's disconnected. even when i'm not on wifi. I am using platinum telephone which is using t-mobile. There seems to be no trouble for the support I believe and I already factory reset with everything (on the forum here) from the official 4.4.2 factory image from the google website.
Hasn't been working for the past 4 days.
