Mobile speaker not working and no sound coming from earphones as well.

My mobile speakers are not making sound but instead when i play something a little sound with so much noise can be heard. When i plugin speaker or earphones there is no output, no sound but just noise. Sound can be only heard when i connect my mobile with Bluetooth speaker. One technician told me its IC problem. What should i do now ? Im in a big trouble please help me.

If you have had a diagnosis of a hardware failure then the repair shop may be the only answer.
