Mobile voice increases automatically

Hi there, i have this problem on my huwaei nova 2 plus device that volume increases automatically to the maximum when new whatsapp message is received. This used to happen when i was using my old HTC one m8 and when i migrated to nova 2 plus using "phone clone" application problem also migrated to my new nova device.

Please help as this is annoying, i was at doctor office waiting for my appointment playing game with voice decreased and suddently it increased to max when whatsapp msg received. This is always happening and embarrassing.

Did you try uninstalling the app and reinstalling to see if that fix the problem ?

Does this only happen with the whatsapp app?
