Model Dll Msg Not Found(20, 570)

I have run into quite an issue. Very new one to me and I'm at a bit of a loss. I went to partition my phones sd card and some where along the way must of screwed something up. (I bought a new sd card to test that) It would only load the LG Logo screen and stick on that one screen. Recovery is not an option as it will not load. ADB is not an option because even though the LG Logo screen loads, regular drivers don't install when connected to USB like they normally would.

So I left my phone for awhile as I had gotten busy and didn't have time. Uncharged that is. I went to plug it in to charge and it still stuck on the lg logo screen. The difference this time was the power button wasn't working. New battery tested, still nothing. So then I put the phone into emergency mode while pressing the required buttons and connecting the usb all at the exact same time. So obviously the power button works but the phone won't turn on unless connected to a power source. Even with a new battery in.

o I utilized every method out there to see if I could somehow get the phone working via emergency mode. The most promising two methods that worked were KDZ and KP500 methods. The closest I can get is doing the KP500 method. However; even that seems to fail.

Everything (analysis, download) work up until update. The progress gets to 4% and then the phone does it's emergency mode cycle where it connects to usb/disconnects/reconnects/etc. Leaving the progress bar at 4% - or right around this point ---> 14:40:20 : Model Dll Msg Not Found(20, 570)

I was running the newest xionia clockwork mod, with the newest IHO backside rom (green machine theme) on a lg optimus v vm670 at the time of the issue. I'm doing all of this on a 32 bit windows 7 starter acer aspire one netbook with admin privileges.

Anyone with any suggestions or ideas? Would be nice to unbrick this phone someday since I've reverted back to a measly flip phone in the meantime.

I do let it continue. It just keeps cycling through on the restart option until it comes to contact LG support and only gives me the exit option

same exact model dll msg at the end and then the phone just repeatedly emergency mode cycles. Left it on cycle for 20 minutes the second time I did it but nothing happened.
