Module to disable system sounds

Greetings to all.I wonder if there is any module that will be able to mute and separate all short in-app sounds (likes,read,sent messages on fb,telegram and other apps) and generally any sound that either an any app or system can produce.I disabled notifications from fb but this didn't do the trick.Also mute specific app's volume lowers/mutes whole app's sound (including videos) so this is not ok for me.So i just want a module that it just mutes these short sounds but same time to not mute whole app's sound (for example to still be able to watch a video with sound)

I would imagine being able to find this kind of step by step for many popular apps, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok. Where you may struggle is apps that don't have a large following or that are new. Otherwise there probably isn't much that hasn't been tried or addressed.
