Moment bricked on official 2.1 update

So like I said It bricked, I was doing the update, and it hung actually It didn't even go anywhere. So I unplugged it and Now I have a blank screen saying cant find png jepg image.

So can anybody tell me how to flash back or hard reset. And The sprint updater will not let me click next on my computer after it tells me to plug it in for a second time. Can someone please help.

Happened to me too

Mine was stuck at 0% for about 20 mins till I gave up. I unplugged the usb cable, took out the battery, held 'volume down', 'camera' button, and 'end' button and the download screen came up again. I plugged the usb cable back in at that point and the upgrade software started installing it immediatly this time.

I had the same issue stuck at 0%, I just unplugged the USB and plugged it back in and it started and was completed in 5 mins.
