More than 3 Gb video upload?

I love my HTC Hero. One difficulty: I recorded a video more than 3 gb, and it won't upload to youtube because 3 gb is the limit.

I searched on here and as a result I downloaded the qik app. It seems to work, but there is no way I can see to upload a video that is already stored on your card, qik will just upload videos you record while in qik.

Does anyone have a way to upload a vidoe already on your card that is more than 3 gb? Thanks!
