Most of applications give me unfortunately, it has stopped when I try to open

I have a samsung galaxy s5. I found that that the internal space was full while the sd card was having a large available space, so. I moved all the files on the internal storage to the sd card while i was in a hurry without thinking that it may be a proplem. After that now when i open the gallery it tells me unfortunately. It's stopped i tried to see the application manager on settings but when i opened it, It was also stopped. I tried to create a new memo but also it tells me the same thing. I tried to move some files again to internal storage but there is no files there and I cannot create one. PLEASE HELP.

I've observed something similar. Various apps crash and i get the same error message. For me, this has only started to happen about 2 weeks ago.
