Most Of My Memory Gone Due To A Miscellaneous File, Specifically called (media) Help!

So today I checked why im having low music and discovered my pictures and video are taking up 4.1gb. Then I scroll down and found out that in miscellaneous I have a file called media taking up 4.54gb. Now this is why I got confused, and wondered what was this media file? And thought, how can I have two files pictures and videos and a file called media in miscellaneous taking up all my memory? Can I delete the media file in miscellaneous and stay with my pictures and vids?

Just a guess here, but maybe android itself or one of your installed apps have media scan or media indexing active.
