What is the most recent firmware for the Verizon Note 3 and where can I get it?

The most recent version is NC4, kitkat 4.4.2. Unless you're rooted or have otherwise modified your phone, ota should be the easiest way to upgrade. Otherwise, do a simple Google search for it, if Samsung's own site doesn't have it. Updating through Samsung Kies is another option.
