Motion controls

Hi all.
I'm told there is a feature on the E4GT that allows the user to "hold" an app and move the phone left or right to move the ago to which ever screen you want it to be on... For some reason this doesn't work on my phone... Anyone know what I'm talking about, and more importantly, how I can make this feature work?

I did that, and it's still not working... I guess it's not a big deal, just seems like a handy feature I'd I can get it to work
