Motion photos on S8 not working

[Android Central Question]

On my S8 Plus running Android 9, when I go to view a motion photo in the gallery, it freezes and says "Samsung Apexservice has stopped". When I start up in safe mode, they work again. Samsung Apexservice is a system app that can't be disabled, how do I fix this?

Haven't hear Samsung apex service, but clear data,cache and force stop gallery app.
