Motion picture on Samsung S7

[AC Question]

Hello, my husband and I both got our S7's on the same day, just different colours, I'm having a problem since I got it where I have to keep going in and switching motion picture back on, it toggles back to off after a few days so if I forget I dont have any motion photos. My husbands was switched on when we got the phones and has stayed on without problems, I cant seem to find why its doing this.
