Moto $0 down, 0 interest

You guys notice the news about the new Moto credit offer?

Motorola now offering $0 down and 0% financing for purchases on its online store | Android Central

I have had every intention of dumping Verizon in January, but if we are allowed to keep unlimited & have no contract, this might keep me at Verizon. I hope Skater Girl still likes her Moto device ... may be my next, now.

Hadn't seen this before...then again, I haven't been in the forums here for literally months....Thanks T-bolt.

Skatergirl, if you're still around, hows the new phone?

I've been away a while, too. Just biding my time til I can upgrade my phone situation. :D

I hope we see other OEM's come up with competitive credit plans. I'd love to take Verizon Wireless out of the purchase process!

Just one issue with this, I've signed up for the credit and got approved for 500. The phone is 499.99. But when you proceed to checkout the tax makes it 534.99, and doesn't allow you to process the order. I've called to be able to pay the difference and no luck. Still waiting on a call back to see if this issue is resolved.

Interesting. Please let us know how it is resolved, crackdez. It may just be an implementation error in the new program -- I'd hope Moto would resolve it quickly.
