I took the update last night and couldn't get it to pair. It was working fine before the update. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, rebooted both devices, still nothing. I can't even the see the watch on the bluetooth scan. I'm pretty confused. Any ideas? Thanks.

that, unfortunately seems to be the case with a lot of users after the android wear update. if you peruse the comments section in the play store, you'll see a lot of frustrated users atm. i turned off auto-update as soon as i saw those comments.

its very possible that without a firmware update, the new android wear update is rending our smartwatches as just a watch...

Had issues with mine as well. Here is what I did and works fine now.
Delete your previous parings and tell the app to pair a new phone. It worked fine after that.
