moto 360 Won't Stay Connected

Changed to a new Note 4 and now 360 won't stay connected or has a hard time connecting to my Note 4. How do I fix the problem?

Usually resetting the watch helps. I've had issues with messages getting 'stuck' in the watch (especially after deleting a GMail message from the watch), but the watch is still connected. It only doesn't show any new notifications because of that stuck notification. Swipe up on the watch to 'unstuck' that one, and I get notifications again until a random message gets stuck again.
