Moto Blur isnt updating

I can post status updates, I can see "happenings" but when I click on the widget to see the full list, none of the comments populate.. it stopped working like a day ago and now nothing.. i've tried power cycling, removing battery.. nothing seems to help.

seems like the news/entertainment isn't updating either.. wtf.
