Moto e 2nd gen as and sys app problems

Moto e 2nd gen I bought 3 months ago,plus new ad card.it dose not put apps on SD card,pics,music,ect is randomly gone.it is slow and been having connection issues.i t will vibrate and in notification bar the SD card icon shows up just before it turns off.and the system app Motorola boot services won't update says not compatible with device.what is going on can anyone help???tired of wasting money on phones that so far 99% end up with issues due to this constant updating and changing.no matter how much you polish a turd it is still a turd.
