[AC Question]

Moto E (2nd Generation) with 4G LTE, Android version 5.0.2 bought in USA and being use in Nigeria, Network MTN-NG, Cellular network type - EDGE.
Wi-Fi not connecting, System update pause - waiting for Wi-Fi to resume download. Tethering Hotspot - Error, contact phone manufacturer. I tried rebooting, Factory reset, Troubleshooting steps, Safe mode. All to no avail. Please help.
