Looks like Motorola stopped all 4.4.3 rollouts due to the OpenSSL bug.

Here's an update from David Schuster of Motorola on Google+:

Sorry for the delay in giving an update on the 4.4.3 upgrades but I had to wait unit Google announced KitKat 4.4.4 today (I am bound by a NDA). A significant security vulnerability was discovered by OpenSSL (https://www.openssl.org/news/secadv_20140605.txt) and is fixed in KitKat 4.4.4. We had to wait until KitKat 4.4.4 became available. Consequently, all of our 4.4.3 upgrades that were in carrier labs worldwide (including the 2013 Droid's) had to be respun, tested and resubmitted again. This was a significant unplanned effort that we had to undertake. We should be re-entering labs next week and hopefully getting TA (technical approval) in 3 to 5 weeks later depending on the carrier.

So those who haven't already got the 4.4.3 update get 4.4.4 directly now?

From Schuster's post, it sounds like it. Note they only announced 4.4.3 for a specific subset of Moto G models (US web, Brazil retail).

But they said that they would be rolling out the updates to other regions in the coming weeks.

But this bug has pretty much stopped all that.

You'll want 4.4.4 instead of 4.4.3 anyway.

So I haven't got 4.4.3, so I'm still on 4.4.2. Will we jump to 4.4.4 and that combine the 4.4.3 update with it so I get the new moto app and the bug fixes along with the openssl fix to?

99.999999999% certain that 4.4.4 will include the Motorola specific stuff that they added to 4.4.3.

OK, now I understand why Motorola delayed the 4.4.3 update so long for others than the Brazilian and US versions. Seems they got quite early the info about this bug and waited for Google to fix it and than send us a bug-free update. I approve :D. BTW do GPE phone get update from manufacturer or Google?

Sounds like Motorola was a little too fast at updating. lol.

GPe models get the update from the manufacturer.

Thanks for the update. Hopefully they bring out the 4.4.4 update soon.

Unfortunately the security issues that have been identified and addressed in 4.4.4 has a ripple effect to our RAZR I, RAZR HD, Atrix HD, etc upgrades on 4.4.2. We are going back and add these patches into these releases and restarting much of the testing and certification work. Sorry for the delay but t is important to correct these vulnerabilities.
