Moto G doesnt turn on

Hi, I have a Motorola G since more than a month and I haven´t experienced any issues till today, today, when I turned off my phone and later tried to turn it on again. The phone went ona white screen with the motorola logo on pink and then the screen went black. I tried turning it off and on again and I even went on reboot pressing the volume down key and the power key at the same time. Please help me, I don´t know what else should I do. Thanks

Plug the power cable and see what it does.
If it acts normal try rebooting it again.

Did you try pressing the power and volume up buttons at the same time while the phone was off?

Yes, but after the Motorola Logo the screen goes black and nothing happens

Definitely try to exchange that phone.
