Moto G Update Problems

Hi.
Think I have a unique problem. I am updated to KK 4.4.2, but the phone has been nagging for a second update which it will not install. It goes through the process but then reboots giving it Update was unsuccessful. Have tried everything apart from flashing a new OS on it, which I am way wary of doing. Is there a way to block the update so it does not nag me 10 times a day? Don't really care about the about the update as the phone is working fine, apart from nagging me to death. Have looked for the file using Total Commander, but can't track it down to disable or freeze it.

Bootloader Unlocked.
Rooted.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

I'm having the exact same problem. It's strange because the phone appears to already be running the OS version that it's attempting to install.
Unfortunately I'm not sure of any way to block the update.

As you phone is rooted you can't install in the update
