Hi I'm new to this and hoping someone can help.

I have purchased a moto g today on O2 pay and go.. It won't let me send a text message and been in touch with an O2 guru who advised I need to change ,my service centre number but they can't tell me how to do this (they advised that this phone is not on the help list :/ )

Any ideas??

Let me have a look on my Moto G, on first glance I can't find it either.

Hi Joanne,

I looked and there seems to be no option to change this. It does works for me though. I wonder - do you still use your old SIM card on a new tarif?
