Is there any chance to get transparent background for main menu in future updates?

What do you mean by main menu? Do you mean the settings page?
In Lollipop, that's going to be all white. There aren't any apps that change your settings theme afaik, and any that would do that probably require your device to be rooted

Not the setting page. I am talking about the app menu page

There are some rumours, but nothing for sure. You can change the drawer background, and much more, using a custom launcher.
