I have a Moto G4 smartphone. This morning, I started listening to music using headphones when the phone shut crashed and a loud siren beep played for about ten seconds. It's been happening all day.
Sometimes, the phone turns on, but then it turns off minutes/seconds later.
Sometimes it makes the long beep, sometimes it vibrates for a few seconds, and sometimes it just shuts off. I don't know if it turns off because sound plays, when it vibrates or when it gets dropped or experiences a jolt of motion. Also, when it is plugged in, the LED light at the bottom flashes for a while.
I reset to factory settings and it worked for only a couple minutes. I looked up possible solutions couldn't find anything that helps me.
Right now, I have it plugged in and the screen has the bright blue screen with logo from when you turn on the phone.
Have any of you experienced a similar issue and would have a solution? Or do you think taking it somewhere to be repaired would be my best bet?
