Moto G5 no updates since 1 January 2017

I have a Moto G5 XT1675
Software channel: emea
Android version: 7.0
Baseband version: M8937_8000.122.02.45R CEDRIC_EMEA_CUST
Build nummer: NPP25.137-33

I have never received any update at all.

How can I solve this?

Updates are not automatic... you have to check for updates.

You should have had a notification if a software update to Oreo was available for your phone. Just incase you deleted the notification, go to "settings" scroll down to the bottom and select "system" then "system update". This will tell you what update your phone currently is on and if a new update is available. The latest is Oreo 8.1.
