moto G5 plus heating problem

Is anyone facing over heating problem in theirmoto g5 plus.
When I use my phone it heats and start hanging.. I hv to restart my phone to cool it down..

One time it was heating so much. I have to put it under running water..

When is the last time you cleared the cache partition?

No such problem in my Moto G5 Plus. The only time it gets warm is during charging.

It could be some hardware/battery problem, but better try a couple of things before sending it for repair. As acejavelin said a cache partition wipe (and clearing cached data from the storage settings) could help. Also, next time the phone gets very hot check your battery stats just in case an app is going wild in the background.

done every thing it was an app. .. which one I don't know.. I just reset my phone. and heating problem gone..
