Moto G5 plus vibrates when app is opened.

Android 7.0

The phone started to vibrate and make notification sound every time an app is opened or closed yesterday. It does the same thing every time the screen is turned on.

I have not changed anything in the settings for ages, and are unable to turn it off.

The only thing that helps is if I enable do not disturb.

Please help....
