Suddenly my Moto G5 turned off and when trying to power back on it just get stuck on the blue boot screen with the M logo for hours.

I can get to the boot menu, but that is where I left my basic understanding in the rear mirror.

I have the following options:
Start
Restart Bootloader
Recovery Mode
Power Off
Factory Mode
Barcodes
BP Tools
QCOM
Bootloader Logs
Switch Tools Mode

I only care about recovering the one google authenticator secret I don't have a backup of. Can one of the above boot menu options get me access to this? Phone is stock firmware, not rooted and only internal storage used.

Which option to use and which software to read up on would be very helpful!

Thanks for the suggestion! I tried selecting Recovery Mode, and I got the blue motorola screen for a few seconds followed by a black screen with an android on its back, front door open with a red triangle with a exclamation mark above it and the text "No command" under.

Still stuck on the blue motorola logo while booting after wiping the cache partition.

Can you do factory reset in recovery?

would that not erase the user data I'm wanting to access?

I only care about getting one of the google authenticator secrets if possible.
Yeah it would wipe , not sure you going have much luck with trying recover it .

This only get you back going into the phone, for saving anything at this point don't think there's a way with no back up.
