Moto M only charging when switched off !

My Moto M is getting charged only when its turned off or in the flight mode..how to fix this....? What are the possible reasons if anyone knows....thinking of doing the factory reset...will it help ?

Mine is working fine. You can try factory resetting the phone. If that did not fix the issue, you may need to go to the nearest service center.
