Moto said Tmobile bootloader not unlockable and website says the same

is it a brand new device, sometimes it takes time for motorola to update the database with allowed IDs.

I'd give it a couple of days then contact motorola if it doesn't work

Lol, moto tech support is clueless. They said its a mistake on their website that T-Mobile can be unlocked.

I've found the best way to get something fixed is to post about it on either google plus or Motorola's support forums to the attention of Matt Jones.
