Moto Turbo 2 Charging problem

Hello, guys, I just bought a turbo 2 but I'm facing a problem and that is whatever charger I plugin it says that it charging very slowly.

I do not have the turbo charger with me but I do have Tronsmart Qualcome charger 3.0 and this charger hsd ch all of my other phone very quicky be it lg g3 or smasung s4 but on my turbo 2 it keeps on saying that the charging is very slow. Can somebody help me out what is going wrong

It seems to be a common issue with the T2.

Have you tried using the supplied charger, and does it say "Turbo charging" at the bottom after you plug it in?

I was sent a factory replacement for charging issues - its a known issue
