Moto Voice From Lock Screen - "Unlock Your Phone To Continue"?

If I say my Activation Phrase from a lock screen, before Moto passes the the input to Google, the phone will read out "Unlock Your Phone To Continue", but will not wait for me to unlock, and will go to directly Google (as it should) and give me the result. So, everything works as it should (phone unlocks and command gets processed), but I get the annoying voice saying "Unlock Your Phone To Continue". Any ideas why?

Because your current Android version ends in .0
These are bugs that should get worked out shortly.

Try enabling Google over the lock screen? It's in the moto app's settings.
