I'm looking for a nice quality case or sleeve. Something along the lines of the DODOcase sleeve or a nice leather case. There are some great options for tablets (mostly iPad) that are very nice looking. DODOcase, tregloo, pad & quill, portenzo etc...

Just looking for unique instead of mass produced plastic or rubber.

I'm in the same situation, I want something a little bit more premium, I think it's going to be the dodocase durable wallet. If someone finds something else I will love to know about it.

I love Waterfield Designs products. I have a sleeve for my Surface and one for my Nexus 7. I can't post a link, but they are SFBags dot com. They have a couple of smartphone options.

Love the look of those, looking for something that is more of a custom fit. Might pick one of those up for my chrome book though.

Guessing the DODOcase sleeve on their website for the Moto X is for the 1st gen. Looks nice.

Re: Handmade/Quality cases?

I got a durable wallet sleeve from dodocase on their website, the only issue I've noticed is the dodocase label on the inside of the sleeve leaves and indent on my leather back moto x. Other than that one small issue the sleeve is really nice.

Re: Handmade/Quality cases?

I have a Durables wallet sleeve for my first gen Moto X. I really liked it for the first few months, but then the canvas slowly stretched to the point that I have to carry extra cards so the phone doesn't slide out when the sleeve is inverted. I started carrying two cards, and it was tight. Now 4 cards barely holds the phone in. I got the sleeve in February.

I contacted DodoCase with these comments, and they said that it was normal wear but did offer me a small d discount on a new sleeve.

I'm torn. It's a great product initially, but the long term usage leaves something to be desired.
