Moto X 2014 How are the Whites

Thinking of picking one up, but one thing that drove me nuts in the original was the whites appeared gray. I prefer the look of iPhone's, HTC, LG screens, but have no problem making do with my GS5. That being said the original Moto X seemed very gray to me. Clearly this is personal preference, but have any of you noticed a deference.
