In guessing that should fix many of the problems I'm having in my phone!

I side loaded it last night. I wasn't experiencing problems before (mainly because I don't use the affected apps) but I don't see any new problems.

Carefully. 😊

Head over to XDA and YouTube. There's files and tutorials available. Need a Windows PC though.

22.21.11 pure edition...INSANE battery!

A few of you know the battery life I was getting with kit Kat. 6hr SOT was the norm. Then came lollipop...

SOT went down to 3:30-4:30. Acceptable, but a huge hit to what I was getting. Tried numerous solutions to no avail.

Then this weekend I downloaded the 22.21.11 update. Battery life has been insane since. 7h 11m SOT yesterday. Today I'm on track for the same. Regular usage, 50% wifi 50% lte. Everything enabled except NFC. Anyone else getting better battery life on this new update as well?

You're causing yourself a problem, though - especially in a phone with a non-removable battery. Recharge at the 40%-60% point, or you'll be paying a lot to replace batteries. See Battery University - How to Prolong Lithium-based Batteries. Running the battery down to near 0 (which is what I think you're planning on doing) gives you about 350 charge cycles. If you use the full charge every day, that means replacing the battery in less than a year - and suffering with a battery that holds less and less charge as it ages during that year. (It's one reason I won't buy a phone that doesn't have a field-replaceable battery - I always carry at least one fully charged spare.)

First, OP (Original Poster)... could you update the title of this to 22.21.11 ?

Next @chris20nyy, did you reboot your device after the OTA? I have gone through a number of OTA's and they all needed a good reboot to settle things down after the OTA did all it's stuff.

Im not having any issues now with the new update. I'm getting 7+ hours screen on time lol.

With the previous update I was having trouble. However I had rebooted, cleared cache partition, tried battery guru etc. Nothing was going to fix it though, as it was obviously a bug in the update, because this new update has fixed it.
