Moto X Pure "forgets" BT devices?

thought this was just a one time thing, but my Moto has forgotten all my BT devices 3X now. There is no pattern to why, but it "sometimes" will happen after a cache wipe.

Any thoughts as to why? Not a huge deal, but certainly annoying...

Bluetooth in Marshmallow is problematic, although forgetting all pairings is an odd one.

Ever do a Network Settings Reset? That loses BT pairings too...

I haven't, although I have gone to airplane mode and back, but I don't believe I can trace the "purging" of devices to anything other than a cache clear. And, not every cache clear, just occasionally.

It's really just a weird deal....

Sorry for us both, but makes me feel a little better to hear it's not just me...
Can you pinpoint how and when on yours? Mine seems to be a cache clean...

It hasn't happened now in about 2 weeks, so I will have to wait until the next time to investigate.
