Moto X Pure on AT&T

Does everything work including HD Voice, VoLTE, FM radio, etc work on this phone on AT&T?

Yes (the existing features). Two months with the Pure and all features work fine. The only issue I had in the beginning was the camera force closing. Issue solved and the phone is butter.

It doesn't come stock with a radio however with my FM app I'm able to listen to local radio.

I use TuneIn Radio.

I also have TuneIn Radio, but it is not a FM app. It uses data just like Iheart Radio and Pandora. Had an FM tuner on my HTC One M8 . I sure miss it.

If a device doesn't have the FM radio hardware, then an app that uses data is the only option. I don't listen to much FM radio anyway. I mostly stream Google Play Music or listen to music from my personal collection that I've ripped from my CDs in FLAC format or purchased in FLAC format from HDtracks.

What about tethering / mobile hotspot? I have the Mobile Share plan so hotspot is enabled by AT&T but does that work on the X Pure Edition without needing root or anything?

Yes, mobile hotspot works fine on AT&T.
