Moto X - Sim lock

Can anybody confirm that the t-mobile Version is sim lock free?
I'd love to buy a customized Moto X but live in Germany. If not I have to buy the Developer Edition.

i have the verizon moto x and it works on any carrier in the US except sprint and it is unlocked for international use out of the box. T-mobiles should be as well especially since they only selling the moto makers
