Moto X - USB with Analog Audio Cable Compatibility

Does anybody know if the Moto X is compatible with the USB cable with audio that Motorola included with their car dock for the Droid RAZR (MAXX)? See the sixth photo here Amazon.com: Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX Vehicle Navigation Dock with Rapid Vehicle Charger - Non-Retail Packaging - Black: Cell Phones & Accessories to understand what I'm talking about if you're not familiar with this and curious. I'm waiting for my Moto X to arrive and it would be great if this cable works. I love not having to plug in and run two different cables. (my car only has an aux jack and bluetooth support for phone calls only)

For anybody wondering about this... I tried it yesterday and the cable doesn't work. So I guess I will be looking into decent bluetooth audio bridges instead.

Thanks for testing this. I was having a tough time finding an answer for this. Out of curiosity, did you try it while the phone was in car mode? Not sure if that would make a difference. If that doesn't work either that is really disappointing.
