Moto x WIFI unable to connect

I have a moto X
I go into the wifi settings and swipe to turn it on, and immediately it turns back off.
I have done a factory reset and also went into the boot menu to clear my cache but have not resolved the problem.
help

Welcome to Android Central! How new is the phone? Did this suddenly happen? Any recent system updates, drops, trauma, water exposure?

Not sure if this is the same issue, but I am using a Pure Edition and am having "authentication issues" with trusted WiFi. Very strange and annoying.

I've started having the same problems. Both WiFi and Bluetooth have become very unreliable and constantly drop out. Did you get a resolution to your issues?
